“Life is simple. Everything happens for you, not to you. Everything happens at exactly the right moment, neither too soon or too late. You don’t have to like it, it’s just easier if you do.” ~ Byron Katie In the deepest part of our subconscious mind lies a belief system that almost everyone has or has had at some point in their lives. This belief is very much the product of a third dimensional vibration, however now that the earth is aligned in fifth dimensional consciousness, it is time to re-examine our third dimensional belief systems we have, that are no longer working for our highest good. If we think of consciousness like a tall building it will give us a better idea of how “concepts/truths” actually take on a completely different meaning as we raise in awareness. The people living on the ground floor of the building are like those living in third dimensional consciousness; reality outside their window looks very real, the goings on of the city outside are very much ‘in your face’, and one can’t see beyond what is in front of them. The higher one goes up the floors (which is likened to our consciousness level raising), the less threatening, and tangible those same streets seem. Also, those on the higher floors can see a much broader view of the happenings on the street. They may be able to see that the car that just got into a wreck was only doing so to avoid hitting the woman who was slowly crossing the street, whereas someone on the ground floor can only see what is right in front of their eyes, which is that a car wrecked. This analogy gives a better idea of how as one raises in consciousness levels, reality doesn’t change (the streets that the ground floor people are looking at are the same ones those on the 15th floor are), it’s just our perception of it does. Using this analogy we can then see how a third dimensional belief system or “truth”, seen from a fifth dimensional perspective will take on entirely new implications. The 3d “truth” that I am referring to here is, “I am to blame for why my life is not how I want it to be.” Un-Identify With Physical Reality “If you believe it will work out you will see opportunities, if you believe it won’t you will see obstacles.” ~ Wayne Dyer For those still rooted in 3d belief systems, the character that they are playing is still very much they have identified with. It feels as though they are the ones making the choices to date the wrong person, or the job that ended up firing them two months later, etc… So from their level of understanding it feels completely relevant to blame themselves for their life when things go not as planned. As our awakening process gets underway and we start to become less identified with the physical form we inhabit and the physical world in which we are playing out our soul’s journey, it becomes very obvious that what we can see with our five senses is not all there is, and in fact, external reality is the last level where things occur when things have changed on an energetic level. From a fifth dimensional perspective, things are happening for a reason, but that reason is generally not what our mind’s can come up with, and that reason is never because we are being punished by the universe, or because we are doing things ‘right’ or ‘wrong’. The sooner we come into alignment with the fact that anything that is happening is to take us further in our journey, and to lead us into more fulfilling lives, not away from them, the sooner we will open up to higher and more fulfilling possibilities. We cannot experience something that we were not destined to experience, and trying to solve our life’s problems from the level of understanding of our mind, closes us off from receiving the guidance from a consciousness that is much higher than our mind, our higher self. Drop all belief systems “When you come right down to it, the secret to having it all is loving it all.” ~ Joyce Brothers The one thing we can be “blamed” for, if you want to use that word, is how we perceive our reality. When we look at the statement, “I am to blame for why my life is…”, we can see that there is some element of truth to it. We can’t control exactly what happens in our external reality but we can control the reasons we believe “why” things happen, and thus we can control whether or not we see things in a positive light or in a negative one. We are the ones who assign the term, “failure,” “setback,” “success”, and “win” to the happenings of our reality, so why not see the ‘success’ behind everything? Even if you don’t know why it’s there to help you, having the belief that everything is, without a doubt, showing up in your life to bring you back into wholeness, happiness and bliss, allows the universe to do it’s magic on you, without your mind’s resistance at every unexpected detour. A constant alignment with blaming ourselves, actually keeps us in a vibration of frustration, resistance, and anger (at ourselves, others, the universe whoever we have blamed) a majority of the time. And if we know that energy attracts to it like energy, we can see why people who are still seeing their life from this perspective are constantly finding new reasons and evidence that reinforces these beliefs. Drop all belief systems. Un-identify with any reason “why” your life is the way it is that is based in fear, or blame, etc… Make your mantra, “thank you.” If we operate from the standpoint that anything that happens is a gift, the universe has no choice but to begin revealing to us more and more ‘gifts’. And at first it may seem strange to call something so painful or unwanted in our reality a “gift”. At this point we can just use honesty, for example, “I don’t know how to see …. as a gift, so I ask the universe, how is this here to help me?” And rest assured the answer will come. Gratitude for everything, no matter how it feels, is the path to true joy and happiness. And the irony of all of this is, your truest nature, your consciousness, is the reason why all good things happen. It is the source of all love and joy in our reality. So the statement, “I am to blame for why my life is…” actually is true, but only when the statement after the “life is” is something positive. The real you, behind the costume you are wearing is the reason for all blessings and happiness. Image sources: spiritual beings having human experience heart painting not my fault signs
